"I recently installed a Postalflex which I purchased through Home Depot. Apparently they are your only outlet and only from online ordering as they do not carry them in the stores. I only found your product by searching for a vandal proof mailbox on Google. Although I’ve only had it installed for a few days, it’s obvious that this is an incredibly functional device. I’m wondering why you don’t advertise it more publicly or make it available in more stores serving rural areas. I think you’re missing the boat. Of course the proof is in the pudding and mine hasn’t really been put to the test, but based on the ease of installation, sturdiness and functionality I think you have a real winner. For anyone who’s been fighting vandals, snow plows and careless truck drivers it looks like the best solution I’ve seen."

Mounting the bracket on the 4x4 was a simple and fast task, Mounting the mail box was a little more difficult. The plastic box I was trying to mount just simply would not mount properly. Having to go purchase a metal medium size box was not a problem and I found it mounted perfectly to the bracket. Now I am anxiously waiting for the first snow to see how it reacts to the state highway snow plows. I have never had a mailbox last an entire winter without being damaged and having to be replaced. We have high hopes for this new setup. So far, I recommend this to everyone having problems with snow plow mailbox demolition.

Before you buy another mailbox, READ THIS: Don’t just buy a better mailbox, buy a better “mouse trap.” That is what the PostalFlex mounting bracket makes any ordinary mailbox! My mailbox survived one of the worst winters in Connecticut this year because I mounted my mailbox on this movable bracket. Instead of the plows ripping it up, the mailbox simply gave way to the force and snapped back into position. It also has a simple “shield” on one side to protect the flag from getting buried under the snow and slush kicked up by plows and traffic. Its simple design also doesn’t clash with any style mailbox you have. It’s black, sleek and sturdy steel is both functional and attractive. It still looks as new as when I installed it. Now that Spring is here, I can tell you there is no rust on it or any of its parts, including the coil, which is made with galvanized steel and a nylon bearing so it doesn’t freeze. I wouldn't waste one more dollar on another mailbox without first installing the PostalFlex.

A friend told me about the POSTALFLEX and I checked it out online thinking it might be good for my aunt Pam in New Hampshire who had to replace her mailbox last winter. "Brilliant", I thought as I ordered one and had it sent to her before my annual visit. It would be a nice surprise and I'd install it for her while I was there. Well, when I arrived a week later, SHE HAD ALREADY MOUNTED IT BY HERSELF!!! "A fun project" she told me : ) Well, I'm super brilliant to her now. We talked on the phone last night and she told me that she gives it a little tug every day when she gets the mail and likes to hear it SNAP back in place! This product ROCKS!!!

This is an excellent product and I think Home Depot should carry many of these in their stores in the Upper Midwest and New England especially, as well as the States with large Rural areas. Great for the snow plows and the pranksters who like to knock down the mailboxes driving by!

When my postalflex arrived I was excited to find how easy it was to install. The quality of the product was way beyond my expectations. I can see how this postalflex will protect my mailbox from any damage that may occur. The fact that the postalflex has a lifetime warranty speaks to the durability of the product. I bought the postalflex in the fall and my husband was able to install it easily. I am so glad that we did because this is the worst winter I can remember and so many of the mail boxes on our street have been taken down by the snow plows. Thank goodness we have the postalflex.
